The Medulin Riviera is home to some of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic that will enchant you with both their beauty and diversity. Here you will find sandy, pebbly and rocky beaches; bare rocks with no shelter from the summer heat or the pleasant shade of the centennial pine trees whose branches bend over the sea, crowded public beaches or almost Robinson Crusoe-like solitude on one of the dozen or so islands of the Medulin archipelago. We are particularly proud to be recognized by the worlds most famous travel guides Lonely Planet, which included the secluded beaches of Kamenjak on the list of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Beach BIJECA Medulin 

The most famous beach in medulin is certainly Bijeca located in the very town of Medulin. The sandy beach spreads more than 1 km along the coast and has a mild and gradual sea entrance. All this together with a variety of additional facilities makes Bijeca beach the ideal place to spend the entire day, offering a peaceful and relaxing surrounding, but also great fun for the whole family. 

Beach BELVEDERE - Medulin 

Modernly arranged Belvedere beach stretches over 1.050 square meters. It is equipped with showers, stairs for getting into water, free "Wi-Fi" Internet access and a beach lifeguard. The beach is ideal for people looking for relaxation and has 200 comfortable sunbeds and 30 or so double sunbeds for two persons, each equipped with an umbrella. The surrounding area along the beach has also been arranged, and lighting was set up along the promenade in the entire length of the beach.

Beach ALBA CHIARA - Medulin 

The pebbly Alba Chiara beach is located next to two other popular Medulin beaches: Bijeca and Belvedere. The beach is well-tended and features sun lounger, beach canoe, pedal boat, jet-ski and bicycle rental. If you need refreshment, you can dip into the water or buy refreshing drinks and ice cream.

KAMENJAK - Premantura 

On the southenmost tip of the Istrian Peninsula, not far from the town of Premantura, lies Cape kamenjak. This is a protected nature reserve encompassed by a 30-kilometer coastline, dotted with numerous lovely, picturesque coves and beaches. Crystal-clear sea and untouched nature attract a large number of tourists in search of peace and tranquility. There are several sandy beaches that are perfect for families with children, but the coastline is mostly rocky with flat rocks ideal for basking in the sun all day long.

Beach MUNTE - Premantura 

Munte beach is located in the town of Premantura and is one of the few beaches fully adapted to the visually impaired. The beach includes a rocky part of the coast, sunbathing area paved with stone slabs and on the southeastern side is a lovely pebbly beach. Easy access into the sea is made possible by stairs that dive into the sea and are protected by a fence.  

Beach CENTINERA - Banjole

Centinera beach is situated in the town of Banjole. This beautifully maintained pebbly beach stretches below the centuries-old pine trees, anideal setting which will surely make every day of your holiday an unforgettable one. 

Entertainment programmes with three instructors are offered free of charge to all beach visitors according to the following timetable: Body Relax from 9:30 to 10:00, Sam Song Time from 10:15 to 10:45, and aerobics from 11:00 to 11:30. In the afternoon, we invite you to take part in a specially designed workout programme entitled Sam Song Time from 17:30 to 18:00.

Beach DAL MAR - Banjole

The beach is located near the hotel of the same name and strerches over 430 meters of pebbly shore, slightly dipping into the clear blue sea. This is a place where the whole family will enjoy, grown ups can forget their everyday worries while enjoying the sun and the sea, and children can play in the shallow waters. 

Beach PJEŠČANA UVALA - Pješčana Uvala

Pješčana Uvala is a settlement which, just as the name suggests (meaning sandy cove in Croatian), is situated along a beautiful sandy and pebbly beach. The shade of beach umbrellas and dense tree tops make it a perfect place for a longer stay for the whole family. Owing to its crystal-clear sea, it is a favorite spot for children and beginner swimmers. There is also a seaside promenade with numerous catering facilities and a variety of tourist offers. 

Beach ŠĆUZA - Pomer

Enjoying the sun, along with the fun and games on land and in the water. This pebble beach located near Pomer offers a simple formula for a perfect vacation. The Šćuza Beach is a destination for swimmers of all ages. In addition to the crystal clear sea and a unique view of the bay, here you can find sun beds and umbrellas, various equipment for water sports, as well sa refreshment at the nearby beach bar. 


This pebbly and rocky beach, providing peace and tranquility for everyone either in the sun or natural shade of pine trees, lies in the protected Medulin Bay, in the town of Pomer. Pomer is a favorite camping destination, which in addition to swimming offers a wide range of watersports for fun.


Lower Kamenjak 

Swimming and sunbathing in the area of this protected landscape is truly a wonderful experience. This is the southernmost part of the Istrian Peninsula, covering an area of approximately 404 hectares and surrounded by 30 km of coastline dotted with numerous coves and miniature beaches. The world-famous travel guide Lonely Planet includes Kamenjak on the list of the most secluded beaches, ranking Kamenjak as one of the most private spots in the Mediterranean. You can reach Kamenjak by car, bike or boat. An admission fee is charged for all vehicles entering this protevted landscape; those arriving by bike or on foot enter free. This applies to visitors entering Kamenjak fromJune to September. The protected landscape is open from 7:00 am - 9:00 pm. 

Medulin archipelago 

The archipelago consists of about 10 small islands scattered in Medulin Bay. These islands are uninhabited and are an ideal daily setting for those wishing to experience the charm and vigor of intact nature. The following islands are ideal for whole-day excursions since they offer catering facilities: Ceja, Levan and Bodulaš. You can reach them by your own boat, rented boat or taxi-boat.
